CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule in less than 24 hours a new deposit is required. If you are more than 10 minutes late your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. At The Body Bar, we understand that life happens—illnesses and emergencies are unavoidable. However, to ensure the best service for all our clients and team, we must implement the following cancellation policy: • A $50 deposit will be charged for appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, regardless of the reason. • This deposit helps us cover lost time and resources that could have been offered to other clients.
